HSA Tip

If you no longer have a qualified medical plan. Don’t close your account! Continue to spend the money until gone. You still receive the benefits tax-free when paying for a qualified medical expense.

Catch-up for those age 55 and older: An additional $1,000

Economy

Everyone is talking about the economy nowadays. I've been hearing clients talk about not needing the extra expense of health insurance. I tell them this. While I understand that finances are tough and I believe without proper health insurance could make your finances even tougher.

Not that you want to hear this, but there is ways you can cut your health care expenses, by taking better care of yourself and changing your to a different health plan.
